Thankyou for taking the time to look through our website and for considering us as your suppliers for your upcoming event or party. Whether you choose to use us or not is almost irrelevant, you gave us a thought and that means a lot to us, in our industry there is lots of competition and its very hard to stand head and shoulders above a different company in the area. We don't see the other suppliers as competition or competitors and work with most of the other major suppliers in the area. We have, in fact, helped other companies start up and grow within the areas we supply products to so this is a testament to our company and our team!

We work closely with our chosen charity St Christophers Hospice in trying to secure as many donations as possible through supporting their events. As we support and work heavily with St Christophers we are unable to make any other donations to other charities or sponsor other events in the area. We will always do the best prices that are possible under the circumstance's of the hire for anyone similar.

Our staff are all uniformed so you can recognise them on their arrival and the vans are both sign written with personalised number plates so you cant miss them on the road or outside you house/venue. All of our staff (apart from the non-legible ones) are enhanced DBS checked for their day jobs so you can be sure to be in safe hands in every sense of the word.

Below are our current team members. From the owner down to the delivery teams everyone pays their part and is very hands on. The admin team assists in the office with bookings and making sure the equipment is the best up to date kit we can get our hands on. We make sure that everything is in tip top order and condition so that everyone gets the best of service and is happy with the products we have supplied.

Meet The Team

Karen - Owner/Boss/Axe Grinder

Karen started Epic Inflatable's and Soft Play back in 2017 and it has grown year on year ever since due to her hard work and commitment. Karen has a full time job as well as being a mum of two children on top of Epic Inflatables. She is the brains behind the operation and makes sure that everyone beneath her is kept in check and is where they need to be when they need to be there. She puts customer service and product quality above and beyond everything else that she delegates!

Nick - General Dogsbody

Nick is Karen's partner in crime and husband. He has been involved since the start of the business and takes care of most of the day to day running to ensure the smooth operation week after week. As a father to 3.5 children (one is a step child) and a full time job he has his work cut out! Between Karen and Nick they know how to throw a party and also know the stress involved so try to eliminate as much of it as possible through contact and with customers and reliability.

Caleb - Delivery Expert and Logistics Co-ordinator.

Caleb has been given many titles over the last few years but the above is the most professional. Caleb has been with the company since the end of CV19 Lockdown. After being closed for nearly 2 years it was time for the company to explode with new ideas and products and Caleb was the driving force behind it. He is a real trooper. He is in charge of loading the vans and making sure that all the correct products are on board, arranging and organising delivery routes to be the most economical but still time efficient as required. He manages the weekend stress and deals with the constant time demands that we find ourselves up against.

Steve - Driver & Delivery Expert

Steve has been with the company since 2022 and has been a breath of fresh air to the team. He has enabled a second van to enter the world of Epic Inflatables and allowed us to service a wider area and the growing demand. Without Steve we would not be where we are now. Steve has given the company the growth it deserved and continues to serve the community on top of his full time job, which is also very demanding and stressful. Steve is a good friend and has been for 20+ years. There has always been a rule that you never mix business with pleasure but with Steve he makes the business a pleasure.

Noah - Delivery Expert

Noah is Karen's son and Nicks 0.5 child. He chose the name of the company at the very beginning and then took a number of years off, he thought he had done enough! He then came back in 2022 as a Delivery Expert. He works in and around his extra curricular activities such as playing football and socialising. Noah is an integral part of the team ands allows the growth of the company to continue by making himself available to staff the second van on a regular basis.

Lottie - Senior Product Tester, Delivery Expert & Chief Market Researcher

Lottie is Karen & Nick's youngest child. She was born in 2017 and ever since she has been our Chief Product Tester. She is also our Market Researcher. She is set tasks to find out the latest trends and popular items through her friends at school, she regularly attends parties where she is then grilled on what entertainment they had and how good it was. She tests all of our new equipment vigorously, usually with a contingent of her market researchers to ensure the fun limiter hits the roof. Lottie also gets involved in deliveries and for her age and size is remarkably strong! Between me you and the gatepost Lottie loves walking away from collecting a party with a slice of cake or a balloon.
