We are a family run bouncy castle and soft play hire company operating in South East London and surrounding areas.

We are based in Lewisham but have the ability to offer delivery on all of our products in the surrounding areas such as Bromley, Lewisham, Grove Park, Eltham, Greenwich, Catford, Hither Green, Orpington, Chislehurst, Beckenham and many others. If your area isn't listed here don't panic as we cover many more!

If you don't see your delivery area on our list then please contact us and we will see what we can do, If we cant do it then we may know someone who can!

We have a good, growing range of castles and soft play including some great soft play packages and can cater for any event, should it be a Birthday Party, Christening, Wedding or just a good old family get together. We can supply the fun and entertainment for your event no matter how big or small it is.

We take pride in our products which are cleaned after every use and looked after to the make sure they are ready when they are needed. We use soap and water for day to day cleaning and elbow grease rather than detergents.

We have been trading for over 8 years, which to some isn't long, but we have managed to supply the fun for so many happy customers, some that have already booked for their next party. Our feedback on Facebook and Google says it all, feel free to have a look.

All of our products are available for indoor or outdoor use!

Bad weather and playing it safe with Hall Hire....... Don't worry we have your back. We have visited a vast number of halls, community centres and other venues for indoor parties, If you are having a party in a hall that we don't know then we can contact them to discuss sizes or even visit the hall prior to the party to check suitability. We can tailor our soft play packages in size to suit and fit in most spaces. Just give us a call or enquire online and leave the rest to us.

ONLINE BOOKING

We are members of the Bouncy Castle Network and are able to accept online bookings through our fantastic website, check out the video above to see how easy it is! The system is totally secure so you don't have anything to worry about at all. If you would prefer to speak to us first then enter your details on the contact form and a member of the team will be in touch

We have a growing range of inflatables and soft play, themed castles, Disco Castles and adult castles all ready and raring to go. Our range is changing and growing constantly to meet the demand or our customers and the industry. We have new products being added all the time, Keep up to date by liking our Facebook page.

Payment

As Part of the booking process, online and over the phone, we take a £30 deposit to confirm your booking and secure the products. This is the same amount no matter how large or small the booking you make. Once paid the booking is confirmed. You will receive an email confirming all of the details you have supplied and which products have been booked. Within the email is a link to pay the balance of the booking or you can pay on delivery to our delivery team whom can accept card or cash payments. Payment must be made no later than delivery for insurance purposes.

We accept all major cards apart from Amex.

Free Party Invites

Once you have booked with us you will receive a confirmation email with a superb link to our party invite downloads. We have some epic designs available but if there isn't anything that tickles your theme or event then please let us know so we can get one made for you. For a sneak peak click here.

SAFETY WITH EPIC

All of our castles are fully safety tested and meet with the current safety standards set out in the industry British Standard EN14960-201 and we have certificates for each and every inflatable.

We take safety very seriously, All of our equipment is checked before and after every hire to make sure it is clean, safe and ready for the next.

All of our safety certificates can be viewed upon request.
