Why should we book with Epic Inflatables?

Slightly biased but we have been trading for just over four years and we have 300+ five star reviews on Facebook and Google, Loads of repeat customers and loads of happy kids. We have a young family of our own and know how expensive, stressful and time consuming parties can be to organise. We try and take as much of that away as we can.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured to the value of £5m Public Liability Insurance. Insurance is not mandatory within the industry, we have it as we want to be safe and make sure that everyone enjoying our service and products are covered and protected.

How do I book?

You can book securely online via our booking form, you can call us on 07415 897246 or email us via the 'contact us' page.

How far in advance should I book?

Here at Epic Inflatables and Soft Play Hire we don't need any notice. We have supplied a castle to a customer within half an hour of the call as they were let down by another company. If it is available and we can get it to you, you can have it but this is not guaranteed that we have availability. To avoid disappointment though we would recommend you book with as much notice as possible, especially towards the summer months.

Do you provide staff for events?

We can supply staff for events subject to availability. The charge for hiring staff is £35 per hour, per staff member with a minimum of 3 hours. Please be aware that some events may require more than one staff member depending on the equipment that you hire.

Is it possible to have the castle overnight?

Yes this is possible, depending on a number of factors. We would like the castle in a secure building (hall) or garden. We cannot allow the castles overnight in communal gardens or insecure premises. There is also a charge of £40 for overnight hire.

What do I get for the money?

In theory you get everything you need. A fully tested, Insured inflatable or soft play, delivered and set up with all the running equipment required. We then collect it at the end of the day/party.

Who can use the castle?

When the castle has been inflated the delivery driver will run through the safety rules. The castle's user heights are all detailed on the castle description page. The user height is determined by the height of the walls so if a user is taller than the walls then they are too big!

Can I cancel my booking if I need to?

Yes of course you can, please give us as much notice as possible, with regards to the deposit, we are unable to refund this but depending on circumstances, we can move it to another date, subject to availability.

What happens if it rains or there are inclement weather conditions?

Epic Inflatables and Soft Play Hire reserve the right to cancel the booking due to dangerous weather conditions. High Winds and Rain can make the use of inflatables dangerous. Whilst rain covers are fitted to some and most of our castles we would not recommend the use in heavy rain fall. If you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to contact us on 07415 897246.

What are your delivery times?

We aim to get our castles out as early as we can to make sure you get the most out of your hire. We will start deliveries at 7am and aim to have them all collected between 5pm - 7pm. If you require the castle later than this time then a small charge is payable. Please contact us to discuss. Hall hires are treated as a priority and we make sure that we are there for the times you have asked.

If I cancel do I lose my deposit?

In theory yes, When you book with us we take the castle out of service so we don't have any issues with double bookings. If plenty of notice is given then the deposit can be redirected towards a different date, subject to availability.
