At Epic Inflatables & Soft Play Hire we pride ourselves on the fact that we can offer delivery for any of our products to the following areas:

London Borough of Bromley (Beckenham, Bromley, West Wickham, Chislehurst, Orpington, Grove Park and more), London Borough of Lewisham (Blackheath, Lee, Grove Park, Hither Green, Catford, Forest Hill, Sydenham and others) London Borough of Greenwich (Eltham, Mottingham, Charlton, Greenwich, Woolwich, Plumstead and surroundings) also the London Borough of Bexley (Bexleyheath, Welling, Sidcup, Erith, Belvedere) this is also to include Biggin Hill and other surrounding areas such as parts of Croydon.

Don't worry if your area is not on our list, this list is not exhaustive, if you don't see your area please get in touch using our contact form and we will see what we can do to make your party the best party ever!

Delivery Policy

Epic Inflatables and Soft Play do not charge for delivery in a number of areas, if your area is not listed as free then a small charge may be applied.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Specific delivery and collection times can be arranged during the booking process. As of yet we have not had to cancel any bookings for any reason apart from bad weather, which sadly cannot be helped.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
